General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kx8 bd platform and all services connected to it. In these Terms, "kx8 bd", "we", "us", or "platform" refers solely to the kx8 bd site and its services. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any member registered on this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By opening an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this agreement. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using this site.
kx8 bd reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
Section 2
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on kx8 bd and participate in any games or betting activities, users must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. kx8 bd maintains verification measures to confirm age and reserves the right to suspend accounts in cases of doubt.
2.2 Accurate Information at Registration
All information provided when opening an account — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be truthful and accurate. kx8 bd reserves the right to close any account opened with false or misleading information at any time and to void the balance.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and any funds held in those accounts will be voided. Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with another person.
2.4 Account Security
It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to our support team immediately. kx8 bd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use by a third party.
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
kx8 bd currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer for depositing and withdrawing funds. For bank transfers, major scheduled banks in Bangladesh — such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank — may be used.
3.1 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.
3.2 Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
3.3 Account Verification
For security purposes, kx8 bd may request identity verification documents (a photo of a national ID card or passport) at any time. Withdrawal requests may be held pending if documents are not provided in time. Your personal information is kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Section 4
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
kx8 bd offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own applicable terms. The general bonus policy is outlined below.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses must be claimed within a specified period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless the offer terms explicitly permit it.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be closed.
- kx8 bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
4.3 VIP Cashback
VIP programme members receive a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated at a set rate based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). A cashback rate of 0.2% to 1.0% applies across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond.
Section 5
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx8 bd platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
- Exploiting any system vulnerability or security flaw in the platform.
- Using false information to obtain bonuses or coordinating the operation of multiple accounts.
- Harassing, threatening, or misleading other users.
- Creating or using an account on behalf of a minor.
- Operating an account under another person's identity.
If any of the above terms are violated, kx8 bd may close the account, confiscate the balance, or take necessary legal action without notice.
Section 6
Responsible Gaming

Access to the platform is prohibited for those under 21 years of age. Parents and guardians are asked to take the necessary steps to prevent minors from accessing the platform on shared family devices.

Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Finality of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be withdrawn. If a round remains incomplete due to a technical error or loss of connection, that round will be settled according to the system's server logs.
7.2 Odds Changes
For sports betting, odds may change before an event begins. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. In cases of unclear outcomes, kx8 bd's decision is final.
7.3 Event Cancellation
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets on that event will generally be voided and the original stake returned, unless the specific rules for the sport in question state otherwise.

Technical Errors and Disruptions
kx8 bd strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to server maintenance, network issues, or unexpected technical errors. In such cases:
- Transactions will be settled according to data stored in the system.
- kx8 bd reserves the right to void any payout unintentionally awarded due to a display error in the game software.
- kx8 bd will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from technical issues.
Section 9
Personal Data and Privacy
kx8 bd follows a separate policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of your personal information. How your data is used, with whom it may be shared, and what measures are in place to protect it are all explained in detail in our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you are also considered to have agreed to that policy.
Section 10
Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Closure at User's Request
Any user may close their account by notifying the support team. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before closing. If an active bonus is in place, it will be cancelled upon account closure.
10.2 Suspension or Closure by kx8 bd
kx8 bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or failure to provide required verification documents. An attempt will be made to notify the user by email in such cases.

Limitation of Liability
The kx8 bd platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- kx8 bd is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions.
- kx8 bd is not directly liable for any error by a third-party game provider.
- kx8 bd is not responsible for financial losses arising from bets or games made at the user's own decision.
- kx8 bd bears no liability for any issues caused by loss of internet connection.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or objection, please first contact our support team via live chat or email. We will review the matter and attempt to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
If a resolution cannot be reached through the support channel, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing by email. kx8 bd reviews all complaints thoroughly and issues a decision after considering the position of both parties.

Mobile Application
kx8 bd has a mobile app available for both Android and iOS, which can be obtained through official channels. These same Terms apply in full to use of the app. Be aware that downloading the app from third-party sources may create security risks.

Changes to Terms
kx8 bd may amend these Terms as needed. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via their registered email or through a platform notification. However, continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
